About the ETS

Our department name was changed from Computer Services Department to Education Technology Services in 2006.  The change reflects our new position in the support of education with more advance tecnhologies and skills.

In addition to providing you with a robust computing environment, we also gives you the tools to do your job better with systems like - Novell Netware and Microsoft Windows 2003 servers, Groupwise, SASIxp 7, Sun Finance system, HR system, myDragonnet, eApple, Pure online purchase request, Online Phone Directory, and many other systems.  Behind the scene, the network is supported by miles of fiber optic cables and wireless networking throughout the campuses.

Our I.T. support staffs are located in Repulse Bay and Tai Tam campus providing world class support services to you.  We also look toward the future, managing tech training and designing infrastructure projects.

Please use the menu at the top of the page to navigate the ETS site. If you can't find something or have questions, we love to have your feedback! Just send it to csdfeedback@hkis.edu.hk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
